     Koalas

• is a playgroup for children with special needs and their siblings.
• allows the children to play in a safe and friendly environment in small numbers.
• supports the development of children and their skills.
• offers support, advice and guidance for parents and carers.
• allows parents and carers to have a short break from childcare and to spend time with others in a similar situation.
• is a charity employing qualified members of staff, run by a management committee consisting mainly of parents.
• is partly funded through a service level agreement with Swindon BC and SwindonPCT.
• is based at Salt Way Centre, Middleleaze.
